It's beginning to look a lot like Halloween!

Halloween is just around the corner (yippee) and its that time of year when we all dress up to look as scary as we can, and in my case, although I don't need one, its a good excuse for me to wear lots of skulls. My dress is from my favourite clothing brand, Lazy Oaf and I LOVE it!

Dark Lane, appropriate setting for a halloween style stroll in the golden hour of the evening.

My studded, leopard print platforms (from ASOS) were a little gift to myself last year. I love a bit of leopard print in the autumn!

Vintage black faux fur"muff" bag, Lazy Oaf bear hat (wedding anniversary present) and rubber boots, my autumn essentials.

Whats that noise? Creeping myself out early this year!

My Lazy Oaf skull dress is one of my favourite purchases of the year, I love its amazing full skirt, its makes me want to dance and of course the skull print is "to die for!" HA!

I've always shied away from short skirts and dresses as I've felt pretty unconfident about my legs but since I'm trying to be kinder to myself (you can read more about that here) I thought I'd give myself a break and get my pins out, even if they're behind black tights!

I'll be keeping up the spooky spirit all October and I'm planning my Halloween costume as I type!

To celebrate Halloween you can win the White Cat Lady necklace that I'm wearing in my the pictures above by entering my Halloween Giveaway plus lots of other cat lady jewellery, click here to enter!

Stay spooky!
