To make the meringue ghosts I used my favourite cookbook, The Meringue Girls and they're super simple meringue recipe here. Heres my top tip, use a little lemon juice to clean your bowl and whisk before you start to get rid of any grease.
Pipe out simple ghost shapes and bake until completely dry, they taste better the day after and leave them to cool in the oven over night if you can.
Using dark chocolate pipe out little spooky faces onto the meringues and let the chocolate dry.
